Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Pepperidge Farm bread dressing, crushed
1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley (fresh) or about 2 spoons parsley flakes (if fresh is not available)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. pepper
3 lb. chicken (1 1/2 lb. boned, skinned chicken breast)
1 lb. butter
Preparation

Combine dressing with cheese, parsley and garlic.
Set aside. Dip each piece of chicken in melted butter, then in bread mixture to coat well.
Place in shallow baking dish or foil covered cookie sheet.
Pieces should not touch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
