Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    4 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add molasses, brown sugar, oil and salt.
    Mix then add flours.
    Knead well.
    Let rise about 2 hours until double in bulk.
    Divide into 2 loaves.
    Let rise 1 hour in pans.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
