Pea Pickin' Cake(Pineapple Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    1 12 oz can mandarin oranges (drained)
    1 cup cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 12 or 16 oz Cool Whip
    1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
    1 box instant French Vanilla Pudding
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix together the cake mix, mandarin oranges, oil and eggs.
    Bake in cake pans that are not greased for 25 - 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Loosen the layers by sliding a knife around the edges of the cakes.
    Remove the cakes from the pans after about 10 minutes and finish cooling them on
    cake racks.
