Sausage Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. grated cheese (yellow)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a 10-inch skillet.
    Brown sausage and onion; drain.
    Combine eggs, meal, corn, milk and oil.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture in skillet.
    Sprinkle with sausage mixture and cheese.
    Pour rest of batter over top.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool and cut.
