Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1 egg plus milk to equal 1/2 liquid
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Blend flour and Crisco together.
    Add salt, egg and milk. Flour the dough.
    Allow to rest for 5 minutes in a ball (makes it easy to roll out).
    Roll out mixture on floured pastry sheet. Makes 2 to 3 crusts depending on size.
