Fast Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion
    chopped celery
    salt and pepper
    1 large can V-8 juice
    3 dumps chili powder
    1 small can kidney beans
    1 large can Brook's chili hot beans
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef in roaster pan; drain.
    Add chopped onion, chopped celery, salt and pepper.
    Pour in the V-8 juice and chili powder.
    Add kidney beans and chili hot beans.
    Simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
