Mystery Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in mixer bowl at medium speed. Spread in bottom of 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Spread pecans on top of mixture.
Mix last 4 ingredients well and gently pour over pecans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm to touch in center.
