Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (115~)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously about 20 strokes.
Allow dough to rest (about 5 minutes).
Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Divide dough in half.
On lightly greased baking sheets, pat each half into circle with floured fingers. Spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Add toppings. Bake 20 to 25
minutes.
Makes 2 (10-inch) pizzas.
