Splendid Strawberry And Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 lb. fresh spinach
2 c. strawberries, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced in rings
1/4 c. pecans

Preparation

Make dressing:
Combine olive oil, orange juice, vinegar, honey, poppy seed and mustard.
Combine spinach, strawberries, yellow pepper rings and pecans.
Toss well with dressing.
Garnish with edible flowers or cantaloupe on the side.
