Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yeast cake
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. scalded milk, cooled in cold water
    2 eggs
    6 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Mash potatoes; add shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.
    Cream well.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; add to lukewarm milk.
    Add to potato mixture.
    Add sifted flour to make dough stiff.
    Pour on floured board.
    Knead well.
    Put in a bowl and will double in bulk overnight.
    Take out what you need.
    Roll out.
    Grease with butter. Leave remainder in refrigerator.
    (Will keep a long time.)
    You can just use what is needed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
