Persian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, turkey or lamb or any combination
    2 eggs
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. green onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. parsley, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. cracked peppercorns
    3 whole pimentos, cut up
    1 orange, peeled, seeded and diced
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in a bowl with your fingers.
    Pack into buttered pottery loaf pan, bake at 350\u00b0 for about one hour (or more if you like it nice and brown).
