Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiled pork
    1/2 c. boiled, boned chicken
    1/2 c. shrimp, shelled
    1/2 c. head cabbage
    1/4 kilogram snow peas
    1/4 k. string beans
    2 small bell peppers
    2 medium size carrots
    1/4 k. dried Chinese mushrooms
    2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut the pork and chicken
    in cubes.
    Cut the cabbage, string beans, pepper and carrots in slices at least 2-inches long.
    Cut snow peas in halves.
    Saute the pork, chicken and lastly add the vegetables.
    Pour chicken broth into vegetable mixture when vegetables are half cooked.
    Prepare in a shallow dish cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and salt; mix thoroughly until mixture comes to a thin sauce.
    Pour the sauce into vegetables and mix lightly, being careful not to overcook greens. When sauce thickens, remove from fire.
