Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. wild rice
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. green onions, sliced
    3/4 c. celery, sliced
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Put rice in a bowl and cover with boiling water.
    Set for 20 minutes.
    Repeat 4 times.
    Saute mushrooms, onions, celery and nuts in butter.
    Combine with drained rice, milk and sherry.
    Put in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot!
