Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter (1 oleo, 2 butter)
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. soda
    3 c. plain flour
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. whiskey
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add soda to sour cream and add alternately with flour to mixture.
    Add salt, vanilla and whiskey.
    Pour into tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Insert toothpick in center to test for doneness.
