Homemade Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 potatoes, cut French fry style (any style cut okay)
8 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drop a few potatoes into boiling water after water starts to boil again, boil 2 minutes.
Lift out and drain on paper towel. Spread out on sprayed cookie sheet.
Freeze.
Do all potatoes as same.
After frozen, solid pack in Ziploc bags to store in freezer until needed.
