German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
chopped nuts
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box 10x sugar
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and chopped nuts in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions on box and spoon over nuts and coconut mixture.
In saucepan, mix until melted oleo, cream cheese and sugar.
Spoon all over cake.
Bake this at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 until done.
Test with toothpick.
This takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
