Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. liquid margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. milk
    4 medium potatoes, parboiled
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. cooked ham, cut into strips
Preparation
    Pour liquid margarine into saucepan.
    Add flour, salt and pepper; stir until blended.
    Slowly add milk, stirring to keep smooth.
    Cook until thick and starts to come to a boil.
    Slice potatoes thinly.
