Simple Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices diced salt pork
    2 chopped onions
    6 medium diced potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans V-8 juice
    1 can finely chopped tomatoes
    10 c. cooked and boned fish
    1 tsp. seafood seasoning
Preparation
    Fry
    bacon
    in heavy pot until brown.
    Add potatoes and onions.
    Cook until tender.
    Add tomatoes, V-8 juice and fish. Let simmer for about 1 hour.
