Fettucine With Smoked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    3/4 lb. smoked salmon, cut in slivers
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. minced chives
    fresh ground pepper
    1 lb. fettucine, cooked
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine cream and butter
    in
    medium saucepan.
    Cook on medium high heat until thick, glossy and reduced by half.
    Add salmon, chives and pepper.
    Cook, stirring gently, one minute. Place cooked fettucine on serving platter and pour sauce over. Toss gently.
    Sprinkle
    with
    parsley
    and
    serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    This makes a great first course.
