White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breast, cut bite size
    48 oz. Great Northern beans
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack or jalapeno Jack cheese (about 3 c. shredded)
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (hot or mild, as preferred)
Preparation
    Cook chicken in Dutch oven or stock pot until tender.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Heat until cheese melts and chili is hot. Serve with corn chips or Tostados.
