1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

In a bowl, cream the butter.
Add yolks, one at a time, and beat well.
Add lemon juice and seasonings.
Stir in hot water five minutes before serving, stirring rapidly.
