Calypso Sauce(A Great Dipping Sauce For Chicken Wings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. lime juice
2 Tbsp. rum
1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar with remaining ingredients.
Cok over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Yields 3/4 cup.
