Mom'S Iranian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
6 large potatoes, cooked
1 can peas
2 small cans carrots
5 hard-boiled eggs
1 chopped onion
1 small jar pickle chips (sweet or dill)
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix chicken, onion, potatoes, eggs, carrots and peas.
Add pickle chips, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
