Ingredients

1 egg
7 dried prunes
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
24 pecan halves
Preparation

In blender, puree egg and prunes until finely chopped.
Add sugar.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to prune mixture and mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
Top each cookie with a pecan half.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to wire racks to cool. Makes 2 dozen.
