Ingredients

1/2 lb. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. icing sugar
2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix well.
Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness and cut with cookie cutter or roll into balls and press with fork.
May be decorated (before baking) with piece of candied cherry in center.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
May be decorated with frosting and candy sprinkles if desired.
