Oven Cooked Ham Or Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. water
    ham
Preparation
    Put ham and water in a roaster, skin side up.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cover roaster and place in oven.
    Turn oven to 500\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn off and don't open oven door.
    Leave for 3 hours; turn oven back to 500\u00b0 and leave for 30 minutes.
    Turn oven off and leave for 6 to 8 hours (or longer).
    Will do no harm if left overnight.
