Zoe'S Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Rice Krispies
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugars and margarine.
    Add vanilla.
    Add egg and oil; sift dry ingredients (flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda).
    Mix with creamy mixture.
    Add Rice Krispies, walnuts, oatmeal and coconut.
    If you omit the coconut, add 3/4 cup more Rice Krispies.
    Mix well and drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Press with fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
