24 Hour Omelet(This Recipe Serves 32; I Cut In Half For At Home.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices white sandwich bread
    1 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
    16 eggs, slightly beaten
    8 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    scant tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Butter one side of bread.
    Cut bread in 1-inch cubes.
    Place evenly in well-greased pan.
    Sprinkle cheese over bread.
    Beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until mixture is set.
    Uncover for last 15 minutes of baking time.
