Fake Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
2 to 3 tsp. tapioca, cornstarch or flour
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg or apple pie spice
Preparation

Divide your favorite pastry into two parts.
Line pastry pan and pour apple mixture into the pan.
Roll top crust and slit. Cover pie and seal edges.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
