French Pork Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh, lean ground pork
    3 c. water
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon *
    1 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
Preparation
    *Sweet basil may be substituted for cinnamon.
