Barbara'S Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. safflower oil
1 egg
3 bananas (verrrrry ripe), mashed by hand

Preparation

Hand mix all ingredients; bake in muffin tins at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
Makes 24 muffins.
