Whole Wheat Bagels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    2 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Stir in honey, salt and 1 1/2 cups of flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in remaining flour.
    Knead 10 minutes.
