Savory Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen peas
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    Melt butter slowly in saucepan with tight fitting cover.
    Add unthawed peas and remaining ingredients.
    Cook, covered, over medium heat for 8 minutes or until the peas are just tender.
    Be sure not to overcook.
