Zesty Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. sausage (regular)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten slightly
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 tsp. Accent (optional)

Preparation

Mix together in large bowl.
Form into loaf.
Put in loaf pan. Pour remaining tomatoes and green chilies on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
