Plantation Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 drops hot sauce (optional)
Preparation

Combine cabbage and carrot; set aside.
Combine sour cream and remaining ingredients.
Pour over
cabbage mixture and toss gently.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
