Quick Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water or chicken broth
    2 c. diced raw potato
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. instant non-fat dry milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Measure 2 cups broth into 2 1/2-quart bowl.
    Cover and microwave on High 4 minutes.
    Add potatoes and onions.
    Cover and microwave on High 12 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    Combine instant milk with remaining 1 cup broth.
    Stir until dissolved. Add milk, margarine and pepper to potatoes.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes.
    Stir and serve.
