Pineapple Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix pineapple and powdered sugar together in a loaf pan.
    Add buttermilk and mix well.
    Freeze until solid. Remove from freezer and break into small chunks with fork.
    Whip with electric mixer until smooth.
    Pour back into pan and refreeze.
