Roquefort And Pecan Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. pecans, toasted lightly and cooked
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1/4 lb. Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled (3/4 c.)
Preparation
    Blend together all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
