Ann'S Skillet Chicken Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1 to 2 lb. chicken breasts, boneless
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. each marjoram, rosemary, thyme and savory
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Brown the onion in a skillet with just a small amount of vegetable oil.
Add the chicken breasts and brown.
In a bowl, mix the soups with the milk.
Blend well and then add the spices.
Add this liquid mixture to the skillet with the chicken and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice or pasta.
Serves 4 to 6, depending on number of chicken breasts.
