Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    nuts
    1 Tbsp. vinegar and enough milk to make 1/2 c. liquid
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Beat until fluffy. Alternately add bananas, nuts, flour and liquid.
    Beat until smooth. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
