Chocolate Cherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box light (reduced fat) devil's food cake mix
    1 (20 oz.) can light (reduced sugar) cherry pie filling
    4 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Blend at low speed until combined, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cake pulls away from sides of pan and springs back when lightly touched in center.
