Caramel Apple Cookie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 sugar cookie roll
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
2-3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Caramel topping or melted caramels
1 apple

Preparation

Knead flour and cookie dough and put in pizza pan. Bake per directions on cookie dough package. Cool. Mix next four ingredients and put on top. Slice apple and put on top and drizzle with caramel.
