Cottage Cheese-Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. farmer-style cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. American cheese, cubed
1/2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix together cottage cheese, eggs and flour.
Add American cheese.
Allow spinach to thaw until it can be broken apart in chunks.
Add frozen chunks to mixture.
Cut butter in pieces and combine with mixture.
Add salt.
