Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Round
1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 c. Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 c. Minced Onion
1/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
4 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
4 Cloves of chopped Garlic
1 Egg
1/3 c. Dry White Wine
Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Shape mixture into (1-2 in.) meatballs.
Place meatballs on broiler pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. or until done.
May need to repeat, depending on number of meat balls and oven style.
May serve alone or add favorite sauce.
