Grilled Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    6 Tbsp. drained sauerkraut
    1/2 lb. cooked or canned corned beef, sliced very thin
    margarine, softened
Preparation
    Spread 6 slices of bread with dressing.
    Top each with 1 slice cheese, 1 tablespoon sauerkraut, sliced corned beef and bread. Butter top and bottoms of sandwiches.
    Grill on both sides until cheese is melted.
    Makes 6 sandwiches.
