Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fruit
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 c.), melted
Preparation

Slice fresh or canned fruit onto bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan. Cover with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Mix remaining ingredients for batter.
Spread batter by spoonfuls over fruit.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm or cool with cream or whipped topping.
