Hash Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can corned beef or roast beef hash*
    1 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green onion, sliced
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    *Use 2 (15 oz.) cans for a deep dish.
