Vidalia Onion Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large Vidalia onions, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Saute onions in butter.
Blend with mayonnaise, cheese, Tabasco sauce and garlic.
Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Serves 12 to 15.
