Beef Roll Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    4 oz. bread crumbs
    4 oz. bottled mushrooms, sliced
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. onion, minced
Preparation
    Combine meat, salt, pepper, onion, egg and bread crumbs. Drain mushrooms.
    Add enough water to make 1/2 cup.
    Add liquid to meat mixture.
    Mix.
    Press into a 14 x 10-inch rectangle of wax paper.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella, leaving 1/2-inch boarder.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Place seam-side down in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Spread 1/2 tomato sauce over it.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Mix remaining sauce and mushrooms; spread over roll. Bake 10 more minutes.
