Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups water
2 cups raw potatoes, dices
2 cups chopped onion
2 pkg. frozen Stir-fry vegetables with Oriental seasoning
2 chicken bouillon cubes
5 Tbsp. butter
2 cups celery soup, undiluted
1 lb. velveeta cheese, diced
Preparation

Boil all but cheese until tender.
Add dash of red pepper sauce and cheese.
Heat just until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
